As an exercise physiologist that has worked with thousands of seniors of various shapes, goals, and learning styles since 2004, Kevin has witnessed firsthand the struggles and triumphs of clients striving to improve their physical & cognitive health. His objective is to help people not dread the last 10-25 years of their life due to the lack of intentional movement. He specializes in functional exercise for older adults and sharing his passion for human movement.

Kevin is the Wellness Director at Preventing Decline and received a master’s degree in applied Exercise Science from Concordia University Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University. He is a certified Exercise Physiologist from the American College of Sports Medicine and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner.
